We had flight delays and arrived about 1:30 AM,for a memorial service for a dear friend. The staff was most helpful getting us settled. After some glitches with the wifi and safe,we were happy to get to bed.The manager, Kelly Kane, spoke with us the next morning and was more than helpful in correcting all of our minor problems. As she... More

As an owner of a small Bed and Breakfast..(The Pepperberry) in Thornbury, Ontario, I often look at BandB Canada for accommodations for us when we travel. We were going to Toronto for an overnight, and I came across a special that was being offered on our site by The Madison Manor. We had a delightful experience from the moment of... More

Outstanding room! I stayed in suite 201, which I understand is the largest. Huge room, vaulted ceilings, gorgeous fireplace, modern bathroom and lovely kitchenette. I experienced no problems with wireless connectivity and also took the advise of my fellow TripAdvisor writers to call ahead for a parking space; guaranteeing myself a spot right outside my door. A door that was... More

We stayed at the Madison Manor for 3 nights while our floors were being refinished. The Madison has 3 buildings-large houses rally, all in a row on Madison Avenue just off Bloor street. One building is the hotel, then a restaurant /office and then the pub. The location is excellent- close to the University of Toronto and Bloor street. The... More

Rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated plus good value for money. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Catherine on reception was great. Excellent location in the Annex and only two minutes from the subway. Will stay here again next time we are in Toronto.

My husband and I decided, on the spur of the moment, to take a quick vacation to Canada. Neither of us had been there for over 25 yrs. What started out as a short trip to Niagara Falls, turned into two added days in Toronto and a bonus of meeting up with family we hadn't seen in years (just a... More

The Madison Manor Boutique Hotel is quaint, with character. It has comfortable rooms and is located in the center of Toronto, within walking distance to many sites. It is also near public transportation. I suggest requesting an inner room, because the hotel is adjacent to a bar popular with students. The breakfast is predictable: bagels, sweet rolls, hard-boiled eggs, jam,... More

Good location, good value, rooms clean but a bit tired. Front desk staff friendly but not well informed. Asked for list of TV stations and was told they didn't have any.

Three Victorian mansions converted to hotel and pub close to University and to the Royal Ontario Museum (a must see in Toronto). I had room 101 in the basement which was clean and quiet. At night I could hear the subway, but as an ex-New Yorker that was just background music. If you're a light sleeper get an upper room.... More

Stayed at the hotel for one night in a deluxe room. The room was nothing special, in need of an updating for sure. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful.
