Stayed for 2 nights end of January. Beautiful views overlooking Lake Ontario, can see the planes coming in to the Island airport. Easy walk to Queen's Quay, Harbourfront, Convention Centre, Rogers Centre, CN Tower. Also AC Centre, Via Train Station, Young St/Eaton Centre walking distance (maybe 30min to Eaton?). There is a nice skating rink by the water and boardwalk... More

Stayed for four nights during a business trip. This hotel was in great location close to many major destinations in the city of Toronto, Hotel was moderately quiet and the sleep number beds are awesome, was able to get a good night's sleep here. Cleanliness was good, and staff was friendly. Liked that they provided a fridge, disliked the single cup... More

I had a meeting at the Radisson Admiral so I stayed one night. I was given a room facing Lake Ontario, which was outstanding. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Service at the hotel was professional. In the morning, I had breakfast at the hotel, which was also very good. The meeting was in the... More

Toronto is a wonderful city, and we were returning on a budget. As Club carlson members, we got a great deal using points. Still we were welcomed warmly and allowed an early check-in on a Saturday. We liked the room, ours faced the side street and had a sliver of a harbor view. We did not have noise problems, but... More

Stayed in room 212 facing Queens Quay where street cars pass by often until well after midnight and get started again very early in morning. Not only are they loud but the vibration buzzes your room. I finally asked to be changed rooms. Front desk then moves me to rm 624. After packing up my stuff and lugging to new... More

My partner and I stayed one night at your hotel and I took a nasty fall on going through the door to the parking lot - told the girl on the desk who wasnt very sympathetic and simply pointed out that there was a walk-in clinic across the street - I have completely torn the rotator cuff on my right... Stayed here this past week while attending a show on king st. The hotel was very clean the rooms were averaged sized. We asked for adjoining rooms and they granted it no problem. You have to pay for parking which is normal at any downtown hotel. The restaurant was way overpriced though for breakfast. We payed $97.00 a night because... More

The hotel is beautiful and walking down the hallway feels as though you are on a beautiful cruise ship. The breakfast at the Watermark was great with beautiful view of the lake & great service. You are a 5 minute walk to all the sports & cultural centers. The downside is the women that checked us in seemed a bit... More

I stayed at the hotel in order to be downtown - great location - close to the highway so it was great to escape the city in the morning. The rooms were small and very basic. I stayed on the side facing the street so it was very noisy during the night and they didn't have opaque curtains so the... More
