the location by the waterfront is just great (if you don´t mind that you have to cross under a highway if you want to reach the towncentre - which might not be the thing you want to do late at night) . just make sure you really have the waterfront view and not the one to the side which is... more

but we found this hotel to be cold and clinical. There was no character to this hotel and it was expensive. I came to Toronto for Business... booked via Hotwire. Ok parking is 35$ ... no problem... BUT ... 1 restaurant closed and only food was at the bar. Not the healthiest for the price ... BIG ISSUE .... Internet is slow slow slow (1mb max) .... AND I ask for a double bed and they charged me an extra 30$... more

Horrible customer service. Guest Manager Atilla Mira is a rude and condescending person and doesn't take customer service or hospitality at all seriously. I would not stay here ever again and will be taking my future business elsewhere. more

This hotel seems to feature quite regularly on ‘opaque’ hotel sites (like Hotwire and possibly Priceline), so do yourself a favour and do a bit of investigation first before booking it directly through the hotel. Splendid stay. If you want to have a skyline-level drink, they have a bar restaurant up high. If you want to post a postcard, there are stamps. Print out a boarding pass? Stayed on the Harbor view side - enjoyed the views of the islands, boats, and airplanes landing nearby. Room was typical Westin with Heavenly bedding. Good service, especially helpful concierge. Location is great for exploring downtown Toronto walking distance to waterfront restaurants and shops, CN Tower, Rogers field. more
