I am a Starwood Preferred Guest and I have visited quite a few Westin hotels and I was very disappointed by that one. It is an older property that has been renovated but not everyhting has been done. Don't let the website photos fool you. It has real dark hallways with old elevators with aged walls. The room was okay.... more

I attended a conference nearby and the Westin Bristol was one on the list for this convention. The room was wonderful, perfectly clean and very spacious. The public space was very tastefully done and elegant. The mezzanine bar had a full dinner menu and was a good place for me dining alone. It was a wonderfully comfortable place to dine.... more

Stayed here for one night. It is really nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. I worried about it since I got the hotel on hotwire and since it was the first time doing that I was unsure of how I would be treated. It was great and I got the hotel very cheap compared to the hotel website.... more
