We had booked a cheaper rate and the staff made us pay much higher than that. The main problem was that the staff was extremely extremely rude and don't have the slightest courtesy how to behave with customers/hotel guests. An Indian lady (ayesha) checked us in and was horrible in her behaviour. Room service never changes the towels even if... more

Me and my freind went to this hotel for the anime north convention and we asked for a triple but got a double without notice. Then we had to pay an extra $50 for :"Incidentals:" and never got that money beack. They never told us of this fee until we arrived even though my freind ask if there were any extra... more

We stayed here for a few days in Summer 2006 while visiting Toronto. It is out near the airport but this wasn't a problem for us since we had a car and had planned on saving money by staying outside downtown. The hotel was clean, simple and seemed to be on the newer side. There was continental breakfast and you... more

This hotel was very simple. I didnt like how there was no place for breakfast. No pool, but could use pool at sister hotel next door.. No movies, but there was internet. we stayed in a pretty small room. It was ok. more

We stayed here for just one night after coming from the UK on a late flight. The free shuttle bus picked us up in 10 mins and got us to the hotel quickly. The hotel is a simple motel, coffee and tea were available at all times. The rooms are spacious (for UK visitors), bathrooms clean and the place has... more

Stayed here for a night before taking a flight out. No complaints. Staff was friendly... room was better than average... not perfect. The place did have a slight musty smell. Could be considered a travellers hotel. We did have to park in a dirt lot way behind the hotel, but the car was fine and the hotel provided a shuttle... more

This hotel is very average. Nothing really to write home about. There's a Greek restaurant in the hotel, and that was just OK too. Stayed there only one night. Don't expect much for the continental breakfast. It's juice, coffee and a few muffins. It's a place to put your head for the night, and I didn't have any problems with... more

We stayed at this hotel for the fact it had a complimentary shuttle to the airport, free breakfast and reasonable rates. We had to be at the airport very early in the morning and found that this place suited us nicely. The halls had a musty smell, which caused me concern about the state of the room. I was pleasantly... more

Flew into Toronto and had an overnight stay at the Carlingview. Although alot of people say the price is right as you are only sleeping until you fly out the next day etc., Not sure about you but it is still nice to stay in a place with that "comfort" feeling. Just did not have that feeling here. The room... more

We booked this hotel since it had a good overnight rate and we could leave our car there free for one week while we went south. We were given a late arrival guarantee and checked in around 8:30 PM. We wanted to go to bed early since we had to get their 5:00 AM shuttle to the airport (also free)... more
