Very bad experince at this hotel. We were there for a Christmas party, and booked the suite for the night. When we got there, and checked in (after a 20 minute wait at counter), we got to our suite. I have stayed here several times when on business in TO. Rooms are average, parking is free. Tip: order thru hotwire & pay as low as $39/night. Free wifi as long as your room is close to the elevators.(for signal strength). more

I stayed here two nights on either end of a trip out of country. There is a park and fly deal for free parking. Stayed in the Quality for 5 nights 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was very small, not comfortable (no space for toiletry bag in bathroom!), clean.
