I visited this hotel on Thanksgiving weekend [2011 & 2012] for a Supernatural convention. The hotel is located in a good area near various restaurants. I never had any issues with check-in or check-out. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is average - mid-size which made finding all of the conference rooms easy.

I stay here often for business and can't speak more highly of the service provided! At every visit they go above and beyond. I love when they say 'welcome back' as I approach the desk. The rooms are great too. Really nice that the windows open so you can escape hotel stale air. Highly recommend

FIrst of all i got a great deal on this property with priceline. When I checked in it was quick and the person was very friendly and I was able to use my starpoints to upgrade to the club lounge floor. I'm not much one for chain hotels but this one was a pleasant surprise. Fast check in, spotlessly clean room, great bed, good food - and amazing service! Everyone was friendly and helpful. This Sheraton is right on the take off and landing route for the main runway at YYZ. In both the bedrooms and common areas you hear and feel the vibrations of incoming/outgoing aircraft. The conference centre is nice enough. Pool and gym good. Onsite food and bar, general service good (room service food etc. above average). Plenty of food options... More
