Ihave had family stay here in the past and had a poor experioence but apparently there is new ownership but they will be next to two construction sites for major condo projects (365 and 355 Church Street). One right next door and one across the street. Be prepared for lots of dirt and noise.

I stayed for a weekend in Toronto. This lovely guesthouse is very hospitable, clean, and well managed. The owner Ergin is very nice, and always helpful. The location is very good as well, in the downtown area but quiet. Highly recommended great value.
