This hotel appears poorly managed overall. My booking included fees for services which the hotel could not provide, such as parking and turndown. My dining companion found cellophane in the entree ordered at their restaurant. The rooms are dated. We have stayed in this hotel twice and had the same ho hum experience both times. The rooms are small and reasonably priced but EVERYTHING else is expensive and very poor. WiFi is expensive and not included in the room rate. The "Business Center" has two computers and a printer which is not nearly enough for such a large hotel.... more
