I stayed for one night with two friends at the Ramada. We had booked a room with two double beds, in a non-smoking room for a discounted CAA rate. Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly and checked in quickly. The room we were given was a disaster and reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff were very applogetic, and... More

I've stayed here twice, once in a renovated room and once in an older one. Both were fine but the renovated one was obviously much nicer! I was very satisfied. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, location was good and the price was awesome ($100 on a saturday night) Honestly, you can't beat this place in terms of... More

After staying in the Ramada for the first time last winter, I have made it my regular hotel for my frequent Toronto visits. The hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient (506 streetcar is at the corner) and a great value with spacious rooms. I went there a few weeks back and was upgraded to a full suite at no extra charge... More

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times and each room seemed very different from the other. This time our room had no bath but a large glass walk in shower, each room had a sitting area with couch, coffee table, chair and desk. The staff was courteous, the hotel is across the road (busy) to a really nice city... More

We booked this hotel because we needed to stay a night in Toronto close to the bus station as we were leaving very early in the morning. It was the cheapest 3-star hotel, so we decided to book it. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the hotel and even more surprised when we walked into the room. Everything... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are always trying to find ways to upgrade our rooms and appreciate that you found them above what you expected. We are done with all the bathroom renovations and have new 40” LCD Flat screen T.V.’s on the way with brand new carpet being installed as well. When it... More

I stayed here from Dec. 27/2011 until Jan.4/2012 for work purposes. I was on a 12hr nightshift and had to try and sleep during the day. This was impossible due to the renovation noises coming from the room beneath mine. When I complained to the front desk about the noise I was blackballed from having my room cleaned, I no... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for bringing to our attention the stay you had at our hotel. I am sorry to hear that some of the noise from the renovations of our washrooms kept you from sleeping during the day. I do find it hard to believe that the front desk would “blackball” you from getting any service in your hotel... More

The staff was friendly and helpful, but didn't seem to keep an eye on much unless you brought it up. We had some very loud, messy, smelly (foreign food) neighbors, yelling and running around in the hallways and playing music loudly. The rooms were average size and relatively clean (but there were long female hairs on the bed, floor, and... More
