“Wonderful boutique hotel that is centrally located and reasonably priced”

I have stayed in the Hotel Ocho about 3 times. I have stayed there from the beginning and I am happy to report the service did not experience growing pains but has remained consistently above average. I have never had any issues. The staff are courteous, accommodating and attentive. They were prompt with my request for champagne bucket and flutes.... More

Why thank you, I am pleased to hear such good things about our staff! Yes we abandon our post after hours (Either midnight or 2am) but there's always a night manager on hand. They have a cell phone on them at all times in case there's an inquiry, problem, or a late night check-in. More
