Rooms are cool modern spaces, glass, concrete, blonde wood, marble. Glass walled, high tech shower, marble floor tiles and counters. Neat ambient lighting, Window wall view of CN tower with its nightly light show. Blond wood desk and closets. Welcome tray of fruit and bon-bons. The concierge was lovely and pleasant, arranged for the hotel car to take us to... More

The staff at Hotel Le Germain was extremely accommodating, allowing both an early check-in as well as a late check-out! Everyone I interacted with was extremely welcoming, courteous, and genuinely kind. I very much enjoyed my stay and will certainly be staying at Le Germain exclusively whenever I am in Toronto. I loved the bed and the bathroom was luxurious!... More

My sister and I stayed here in June 2011 while attending an event at the convention centre. I had to talk her into putting out the extra money to stay here as we were offered a good deal at the Sheraton. We stayed for two nights and it was so worth it. To begin with we arrived at 8am hoping... More

After a long international flight, it was a relief to enter a real fire-place and be greeted by polite staff. The rooms were taistfully furnished (despite some unbecoming marks on the ceiling) with comfortable bed and the all important nesspresso machine. If there was any complaint it was the limited options for breakfast, however with so many eateries nearby it's... More

My fiancee booked a night stay at this hotel on Dec 11 to celebrate our anniversary and every penny he spent was worth it Arrival/Check in: Very smooth. Received an upgrade. We were surprised by a plate of desserts & fruits in our room and small thank you note from the concierge. My fiancee got flowers delivered in the room... More

Beautiful interiors. Feels like a boutique hotel. Modern and warm rooms, great linens and comfy beds. Library in lobby has wood burning fire place and a high end coffee machine for tea and coffee any time. (no in-room coffee). Nice breakfast room for a light breakfast. Near good restaurant options. Would go back for sure. More

Ultramodern fittings and furniture but not too comfortable to sit on. Not enough light to shave. If you get a room on the side of the street, you might not sleep because of the noise from the club across the street. More

This place had everything I look for in a big city: Decent sized room with space to work and free wi-fi (how some some chains like Hilton can still charge money is beyond me), a walk-in shower with glass walls not a cramped tub with a nasty curtain, attentive and polite staff and a decent bar/restaurant. A plus was that... More
