Even in the middle of a big city you can find peace, relaxation and a getaway. The Pantages Hotel is in the middle of the theater district of downtown Toronto. Walking distance to some of the best jazz clubs in town, the finest restaurants, and shopping. But in the hotel is where you will find your best time. The Shizen... More

Stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed this hotel. The doorman greeted us by name on our arrival and remembered it- WOW! (good at reading luggage tags because we didn't give him our name), friendly staff on check in and when we went in and out. The hotel has a very small lobby, a nice lounge where you can get... More

The hotel is central and attached to a 24 hour cafe next door. The room was comfortable though the lighting is poor, much like Paris hotels, making it difficult to read in bed. Room was comfortable and the bed firm. Charged $12.00 a day extra for wifi in the room, but free in the small lobby. All in all a... More

I stayed at the Pantages for 3 nights while visiting Toronto on business. The location was excellent, close to a good variety of restaurants and busy shopping areas. I had a Queen Suite (Ambassador Boutique Suite) which was well appointed. The bed was quite comfortable and there were two flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the... More

I stayed at the Pantages Hotel for 2 nights with friends and had an amazing time! It was a unit inside of the Hotel, but privately owned!! Who knew? I ended up paying a fraction of what they rent it for on their sites. I went to www.flipkey.com/toronto-condo-rentals/p262447/ from a link I found on TripAdvisor. Saved a ton, and it... More

Located at the heart of Toronto right next to Eaton Center. Everything is almost from walking distance and 10-15 minute walk from the ACC. When we first got there the hotel is very chic for the upscale for young couples and the business class. The receptionist were nice and our room was fabulous. Very romantic and the interior design was... More

I cannot believe my experience here. I had to actually write to the general manager as his staff were incompetent, insulting and extremely condescending. Here's a story for you: I booked a boutique suite through Travel Sensations valued at $309.00 for 4 guests. I have documentation for this reservation. Upon arrival, I was asked to sign some waivers and was... More

I pre-paid for two nights through an internet site, showed the confirmation email upon check in. Gave a credit card for incidentals when upon check out, the card was billed again! My stay consisted of a Friday-Sunday stay. I was charged as a "no show" on Saturday night! How is that possible? I am working to get $500 of the... More

We enjoyed our one night stay at Pantages, but there were a few things that bothered me. The modern style of the hotel is great...but when you look closely, everything is dirty. There we marks on everything! The hotel staff was kind but uninformative. The room was nice although it would have been much better to on a higher floor... More

We had an excellent one night stay last week at Pantages. The location is perfect, easy to get to, parking is available at a public garage directly across the street or valet at the hotel itself. We were in town for a concert at Massey Hall, which is across the street as well. Eaton Center is one short block away... More
