PROS: Great View, Great Location CONS: Extremely filthy. Spent the entire first day cleaning. Used an entire bottle of Windex All Purpose cleaner and 4 rolls of paper towels. The bed squeaked in the 2nd bedroom every time you moved. Management promised to change it and never showed up. The water pressure was non-existent in the 2nd bathroom. There are no hand towels, had to purchase rolls of paper towels to dry our hands in the bathrooms. The worst of all the CONS though is just how extremely filthy the place was. I mean it was SERIOUSLY FILTHY. After the first day doing the cleaning staffs job for them the place was tolerable. But one shouldn't have to spend the first day of their vacation cleaning!!! When you're paying over 350$ a night (US$) you expect more.

"The Art Of Meeting The Highest Expectations" When we checked in after the indicated check in time the room was a mess. The bed unmade, laundry piled on the couch, laundry in the machine, the floor unvacuumed, dishes in the dishwasher. The walls were covered in black and grey scuff marks, scratches, handprints, and scrapes, which was because they weren't actually painted, they were just covered in primer. There was a massive hole cut into the bathroom ceiling, presumably from a plumbing repair job which they couldn't be bothered to patch up and paint (along with the rest of the room) before scheduled visitors arrived (we booked on May 4 for August 8-12). The cheap roll-up blinds were as dirty as the walls, but also had squished bug remains smeared across them. They were also wrinkled, had small holes, and otherwise looked like they came from a yard sale. The luxurious furnishings included a cheap table and mat (far to small to be called a rug) that were very likely purchased from the As Is section at Ikea. The tiny kitchen table and chair are also low-end Ikea items. The couch, which is also a fold-out bed, had no structural support under the seat cushions so they always slipped below the metal frame. The television was nowhere near an HD unit as advertised, and was set haphazardly on a small table with the cords splayed across the floor. The bed had no headboard, and was very squeaky, sounding like a cacophony of rodents whenever one turned over which didn't exactly lend to a good sleep. And if you sat on the foot of the bed, the whole thing tipped forwards. The bathroom light fixture was missing a shade, and the shower handle came off in my hand as it wasn't actually attached, and the disc behind the tap spun freely. The bathroom supplies also included only one washcloth, and with no on-site housekeeping there were no additional ones to be requested. Remember, we were booked for 4 nights; two adults, one washcloth. While having a washer/dryer in the room was nice, it was a pretty sad device that took in excess of three hours to wash and dry a very small load of clothes. The kitchen area was nice, and included a coffee maker, with no coffee. A single lone and battered tea bag sat on top of the coffee maker, along with an envelope imploring tips for the professional housekeeping staff. Lastly, the room door handle was loose, and there is no extra lock security like a chain or bar, which is a bit unsettling.

7 of us went to Toronto for a wedding. my first time every staying at airbnb . this building was amazing, right in downtown Toronto, 6 minute walk to CN tower and the famous Toronto aquarium. 10 to 15 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. the building has a pool, a big gym, very safe. brand new, it has 56 floors. one minute walk to 3 restaurants, convenience store and a dry cleaners. The particular unit we stayed at, we had to take our shoes off and can smoke in the balcony.

We booked this apartment through a company in Toronto called Atlas Suites, who books through CanadaStays. We were coming for the Blue Jays playoff games and wanted to spare no expense to stay in a beautiful luxury apartment near the water and Rogers Centre, truly making this a once in a lifetime experience. We had no major plans other than the Blue Jays game, so having an amenities centre with a pool and gym was a must for us. We arrived Friday around 11 a.m. and dropped off our bags with their off-site office, which went relatively smoothly aside from one somewhat rude security guard at the building's desk, who did not work for Atlas Suites. When we arrived at the suite at 3 p.m. after the "cleaning", it didn't look as though much had been done aside from a surface wipe, re-making of the beds and re-stocking of toilet paper, etc. There was no gift left for us upon arrival, contrary to what the listing says. But no matter - we were excited to be in Toronto and could deal with a few discrepancies/a little dust. It went downhill from there, however. There was no luxury to be seen. When we walked in, the front closet with mirror was completely dismantled/broken and the doors were caved into the closet, rendering it useless. The blinds fell off the window sill when we tried to open them, and instead of looking out at the water as the listing portrays, we faced Spadina Ave and looked at the Gardiner Expressway from the balcony. No water views from any room. The furniture is cheap, uncomfortable and worn-out. The main living room has a dirty red shag area rug that is matted together and has an unpleasant smell. The television is definitely not HD - the cable box looks to be from about 2004 and only 30 of the channels work. No extra sports channels, no A&E, no TLC, no Slice, no HGTV, etc. When we did watch the Oilers and Canucks game, it was impossible to discern the players from the ice because the picture quality was so bad. So if you're looking for a relaxing night in on the couch with a good movie at the end of the day, look elsewhere. The main reason we booked this "luxury" apartment was for the amazing amenties centre. The listing mentions that you get access to the pool, hot tub, gym, bowling alley, pool tables, barbecue, etc. It's true - the building does have a lovely amenities centre. Unfortunately, when you arrive at their security desk, the guard will inform you that suite 802's FOB has been de-activated, you have no access, and the company, Atlas Suites, is breaking the condo complex's rules by providing you with a short term rental. Basically, you could be evicted and out of a place to stay, should they choose. When we attempted to contact Atlas Suites about this, we received zero response, other than calling the "emergency" line, which a quick Google search revealed just went back to their offices. The on-call employee informed us that nothing could be done to rectify any of the issues until Tuesday, our check-out day. We were extremely disappointed in our stay with Atlas Suites, having paid $300 a night for a very sub-par experience in a dingy, worn-out apartment with no extras to speak of. We could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the price, had we known. Please, if you enjoy comfort and a few small luxuries like being able to see the puck on your TV while watching hockey, stay elsewhere.

Was really nice to have all the back home conveniences instead of a hotel stay at a fraction of the cost. Was here for a couple of Blue Jays games. It was very close to CN Tower, and Stadiums. Has security to let you in if you have a late night arrival. Has a full kitchen for those with dietary issues. With your longer stays laundry is also in house.

We went to Atlas suites in May this year. This appartment is fully furnished and very homely which is located in the financial district and very closed to the CN tower and other entertainment sites. Only about a 10 minute walk to the main train station. the kids were able to use the communal but very small heated pool upstairs. The only downside of this appartment is that the appartment needs some TLC as the furtniture are a bit used and headboards by the beds are not very sturdy. Good value for money and I do recommend this appartment for family and friends

I arrived at the Yorkville Atlas Suites location at around 10:30pm April 17th. There was no signage on the outside of the building and it was completely hidden by the current construction. Nearby hotel's and restaurants had no knowledge of the hotel, nor did any residents leaving the building who told me I was mistaken and it was actually an apartment building. Residents leaving the building were not able to direct me to a hotel lobby, or a front desk of any kind. I finally was able to locate the concierge of the building through entering the "hotel" in a very round about way. The lobby of this residence was also under construction, and there was no management present, only two men working at the concierge desk who seemed to know little about the property. They handed me a key in an envelope and wrote down the number to the "front desk" on a post it note incase I needed anything. This did not feel like a proper hotel at all. I went upstairs to the room only to find it absolutely filthy - scuff marks all over the walls, hair on the walls, dirty kitchen and stove, stained furniture, smeared finger prints on all cabinetry in the kitchen, and stained curtains. This is not a legitimate hotel at all and seems to be independently owned suites acting as some kind of bed and breakfast under the Atlas title.

I recently visited Toronto and stayed at Atlas suites, 20 Bluejays building, in the heart of downtown Toronto. The suite was clean, tidy, cozy with two bedrooms, a balcony with view of CN tower from all the rooms. Courteous staff, underground convenient parking. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to family and friends.
