We made the unfortunate mistake of booking a room at this hotel. When we arrived we could not find parking, we had to park three blocks away, which really was not a big deal. Contrary to the earlier reviewer who mentioned getting a permit from the hotel to park free on the street, the hotel does not make this available now (at least they told us they had nothing like this). I visited Toronto w/my best friend for a "girls weekend". Upon check-in we were put into the wrong room but that was corrected after a short time. The room was clean and neat.
