Attended Skills Canada Convention in May 2009. Could only stand a couple of nights at this facility. Moved to another unit nearby for less money! Rodd Hotels should either bulldoze and start over or at least do a major reno! Staff was fine, but the place stunk and was worn and old! more

Foolishly booked after reading an unrealistic three stars on their website. The lamp does not work, the microscopic desk is too high compared to the mismatched chair. The couch is a beat up fold-out bed, that slants at an angle because the springs are destoyed. The arms on the old sitting chair are frayed and dark greyish from accumulated dirt.... more

My wife & I stayed at Rodd Confederation Inn & Suites for one night and good thing it was only that long. I was scared to stay here after reading the other postings, but once here I thought it through and I was happy. The place is an old location and the furniture is worn. Bed could have been more firm. But the room was clean, and renovated with fresh paint and the bath was modern. The pool was great for families... more

I have stayed in many places for both business and pleasure and this place was by far the worst. Dirty sheets, mould in tub, no hairdryer, room ac made the room freezing upon arrival, cleanliness was terrible.
