We spend three days at the Auberge. Two adults and a teenager. We reserved a condo classique with one bed room. It was located...at the end of the resort...long walks...many troubles with the keys (as other encountered)...many back and forth...for major lost of time. No one to help with the keys... The condo was located on the second floor...bad bad... more

Given the decidedly mixed nature of earlier reviews, we made our Christmas reservation in November with some doubts. We booked a weekend at the Auberge Du Lac Taureau for a celebration of our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. We are two familes with young teenagers. The drive from Montreal was 3 hours, through very small towns and were amazed to find this large "resort" tucked away in this somewhat barren area. The scenery (lake and mountains ) are beautiful.... more

As the title says, real waste of money if you head there in the off-season. We stayed a weekend, November 17,18th and were so disappointed by the lack of activities to do for this time of year. There was not one single activity we could participate in. All animation had ended and there were no alternatives. You could pay to... more
