“Dirty socks under my bed”

I stayed there in November 2012 for 2 nights during a business trip. The day i left, ii bent to tie my shoes and found old socks and a tampax (unopened) under my bed. That's absolutely disgusting. “Noise noise, needs to renovated”

The air conditioning units made so much noise even units from other rooms , there sounds could be heard . And have have poor hearing. The furnishings were many years old, bed was hard, pillows were cheap. Breakfast was all carbs, but they coupon to eat next door. Suggest u pay a little extra and stay some where else.

We just returned from a two night stay in Laval. Our king suite was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The room is a bit dated, and the sofa bed was a bit worn, but the kids slept fine in it. “Good place for a stop-over”

The location is next to the highway and a bit noisy. But the family suite was large and comfortable. The service was good and friendly. Will stay again if passing thru. Not somewhere I would stay if I was staying for a few days.

“Quality as seemingly two definitions…”

You can feel the springs through the mattress and don't expect extra sheets for your bed, they'll tell you they don't have some any more… I didn't even dare touch the duvet on top of the bed… AVERAGE!!!!

The Quality Suites Laval has indeed made a capital investment in a number of mattress and sofa bed replacements and we continue to earmark rooms for future upgrades. “Clean and very comfortable ...”

I was here on a short vacation to visit Montreal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The suite was large and comfortable. Breakfast was fair, but the breakfast room is quite small. This hotels location makes it easy to get into Montreal, by car or on the metro. I enjoyed my time here..

We only stayed overnight - 10:00pm to 8:00am but we were impressed by the large amount of space in the suite (two rooms with a dining table and chairs), and the reasonable charge for it.
