My family and I were kept waiting outside what seemed to be an apartment building and not a hotel as advertised. My adult daughter used her cellphone to contact the check-in desk which turned out to be a tall skinny kid who arrived outside the property 45 minutes after we arrived. I don't know where my credit card was processed.My wife, myself and our son and daughter were left standing outside the property with our luggage.

After he looked around furtively, he decided to let us in with his key and took us up to our third-floor "suite". This so-called suite was a cheaply appointed renovated apartment in an apartment building that was poorly maintained and lacked the usual "hotel" personnel.

There was no room service, no conference center, as advertised,...nothing that resembled a hotel.

The one elevator groaned and shook. The building seemed unwelcoming and somewhat desolate. more
