What a great hotel!! Loved the rooms the dining, and most of all the wonderful location. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The only service that I did not use during my visit was the spa service. The roof top pool was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. See you soon!!!!

Spent two night in February as part of a birthday suprise trip. Hotel was very quiet allowing for very attentive and sincere service. A beautiful hotel with all of the finest detail in the rooms. The service wasn't as good or as attentive as I expected. We stayed in the Ritz in Montreal recently and really enjoyed it. The renovations are fantastic, the rooms, the common areas, the pool - all lovely. The service levels were high. Check in was little less than expected but after that, it all went well.
