“Not the best hotel”

Service is not very good. Lack of kindness and no real help when needed. Tv is not working properly as well as the wifi in the room (poor quality). Maybe we shouldn't expect more for this price.. Good location though, near the city center and mont royale park.

“Decent hotel with good location”

This hotel is reasonably priced and is in a fairly good location. It's in walking distance to Old Town and China Town (about 20-30 minutes). “Below my expectations”

We were expecting Quality Inn's usual good standard but this hotel disappointed us because we felt unwelcome because of the manner of the front desk manager. Also the hotel has no safe boxes in room or in the reception. The location, however is excellent.

“Just a middle of the road hotel.”

The rooms are clean and you get a fresh newspaper in the morning. There is a good Greek restaurant right next door and a Tim Hortons donut shop Adjacent to the hotel lobby. It is also really close to Benelux micro brewery/pub
