They gave us a room on the 2nd floor. Very noisy, next to conference rooms. Can hear street noises. Carpet dirty, furnitures old. No wireless internet as advertised. The staff is rude. When we asked information about the Starwood reward program at the front desk, they knew nothing about it and told us to call an 800 number.
