The hotel was prepaid through Expedia, but the hotel still demanded $100/day deposit cash for my weeklong stay (my credit card had disappeared on the flight). No offer to help block the credit card. The recommendation Frommer's lists for the Hotel Omni in Montreal and the star rating given to this hotel really need to be revised.
