I would say the place gives you good value for what you pay -clean rooms, clean sheets, clean toilets , free breakfast which was plentiful and open till late morning . I´m coming back to this excellent hotel. It´s the staff that makes it a stay you remeber. Great service, clean rooms and the staff know everything you need to know about Montreal. We took this room mainly because we booked late and it was the only place available. We were not entirely happy with it. The “comfort” room was dingy. It was like staying home away from home. We made friends when we found this place. We found ourselves in Montreal late at night with no accommodations because of over booking through another place and this wonderful place took us in and made us feel like home. more

This was a great stay. It's a nice hotel at a reasonable price. But the service is amazing. When I first arrived in Montreal, they talked to me on the phone and helped me find the hotel. They offered food, extra towels, shuttle service. They are happy to give. They really treat you like family. more
