Cozy, modern rooms. Excellent beds. The breakfast is nicely cooked and tasty - and ready when you want to eat it. The people who run this little place are very nice, very down to earth... a pleasure to deal with. We went in the dead of winter and still had a wonderful time! The Hostess was very kind and helpful with helping us plan our trip and was always willing to suggest where to go or eat. the atmosphere was very relaxing and not your typical B & B style. Comfy, minimalist B & B, great friendly host with good, light breakfasts. Decor was awesome, very minimalist though, may not be for everyone. We stayed in this B&B for two nights and were treated very well. The host spoke both French and English. Rooms were comfortable, minimalist and contemporary in style. Extremely easy on the eyes. This place is just great! The hosts were friendly and knowledgable... Were able to offer recommendations, etc. Breakfast was delicious. We are so glad that we stayed at `Le Plumard'! While the traditional B&B's are not really our style (too much Laura Ashley going on), this new B&B (opened in 2003) promised to be the perfect match for our requirements from the get go.
