Small, historic hotel in the Old Upper City, within sight of the famous landmark, the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac hotel. Comfortable,no-frills hotel. Our room had 2 queen beds (need to request in advance). It was on the second floor; no elevator. Small bathroom appeared to have been added to a bedroom or living/dining area of an older home. Just soap, no shampoo provided. Once the desk clerk goes off duty (time seemed to vary by day), you need to use your key to get into the building, and if you need to check in, or request assistance, you need to go to one of their other properties, down the street. No breakfast included, but for each day of your stay you do get a coupon for 5 Canadian dollars off your order at Le Omelette restaurant, about a 10 minute walk away (we used our coupon on just one of our two days and got $10 off). more
