Arrived at the Delat Quebec Hotel in the early afternoon, parked the car and was informed that checkin was on the third floor, left the car with the valet and went and check in, a process that took way too long as the computers kept crashing. Stayed there three days, on the 4th floor. No view but we did not care. Room was clean, excellent shower and bed. Staff at reception were polite and helpful. Concierges were knowledgeable, helpful and gave us good tips for transportation and restaurant location. Lots of them within five minutes walk. Overall the service was great. THe location is also close to all of the restaraunts and places to see. The rooms are in need of some upgrades and the hotel is currently under a bit of construction.
