The Delta is a bit run down: stained carpet in hallways, bathtubs in need of refinishing but the staff and location make it worthwhile. Loved where this hotel is located as we could just walk to the old part of Quebec. Great coffee and pastry place just 2mins away for breakfast! This hotel is completely overpriced for what it offers. The rooms could also use an update - the bathroom was a bit mildewy. There are many other nicer hotels within walking distance of the old city. Next time I will do my research and book elsewhere! more

Handily placed just outside the city walls and just across the road from the parliament building. Our room was spacious, clean and everything worked.
