Easy find just off main artery into the city next to the highways taking you to ski slopes. Nice & very clean hotel, pleasantly surprised by restaurant but particularly the associates who were very warm and welcoming, all spoke good English. recommend for value/price more

This is a very good, nice hotel. The people at the front desk were very helpful (in French and English). It is on several bus routes with the old city about 10 minutes away by bus. This hotel is a good value for the area. We used this as an overnight stop on route to western Canada. The rooms were clean and the front desk service was good. If you were planning to visit Old Quebec City and do not have use of a car, the hotel is not well located. more

Room is ok, location is easy to find, but the service is not that good. If you ask for somethig you have to go get it yourself, the cote and price really paid was different for no reason, so overall it's ok but don't expect an unforgetable experience, you better go stay in the old Quebec... more

We needed an intermediate place between our two main destinations and we ended up here due to their location. The room was so small, we had to be careful walking around. It was cold and we asked for an extra blanket, which they didn't have??? The restaurant was very good, but pricey for a Best Western. more

We stayed here May 28 to June 1. Firstly the shuttle to Vieux Quebec only starts in June. But it was easy to drive there and park. Parking for us was $14 a day at the cruise terminal.
