Wonderful location in the heart of old Quebec. The hotel was elegant and very comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. The first night the plumbing in our bathroom malfunctioned. Title says it all. We stayed at the studio apartments about a block away from the main hotel. Small but comfortable clean room. Had stove, refrig, sink with dishes and pans to use. Close to everything in the old city. Hotel staff was very helpfull with directions and very friendly. Would definitely stay again and highly reccomend. more
