We stayed at this hotel when we were passing Quebec City and had to stop for the night. The hotel was cheap although you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean but had a dingy, old shabby look. It is best for just an overnight sleep if you are passing by. It is close to the old city,...

We had stayed in Old Quebec City for a few days and wanted a simple room before heading back home. For the price we paid, we didn't expect anything except for a clean room and a simple breakfast and that's exactly what we got.
The room, which had 2 queen beds, was actually very large. There's a mini fridge, a...

If you arrive by car, this hotel will be fine for you. You should drive to Old Quebec, however, it's not long because of a highway.
The room was rather good.
I didn't like:
- cigarette smell in the hall.
- breakfast was poor.
All in all, this hotel is ok but i believe it's possible to find something better...

I went to Quebec City for the Winter Carnival. As an experienced shoestring traveler, I wanted a cheap, clean, comfortable place to sleep. My expectations weren't terribly high. For the most part, Le Voyageur filled my needs.

Hotel was standard. The rooms were a bit odd in that the two beds were separated into separate rooms. Bathroom smallish, with sink etc outside the actual room. Short bus ride into Quebec City.

Place is good value. we paid 69.00 per night clean room and we got breakfast.
Overall a pretty good deal. Those staying there should have a car to get into Old Quebec City.
My only problem is please Sylvie or any of the other staff that may be reading this. is Wash the carpet on the stairs. It gives a...

We planned a quick trip to Quebec City and the surrounding area, so we searched for lodging with the best price. Hotel le Voyageur was the cheapest price we found for that particular day. The last couple of times we traveled to Quebec City we booked at the more well known hotels (i.e... Delta, Hilton...etc) ; so we were a...
