The location and price were unbeatable, BUT...to reach the room you had to go up a set of outdoor stairs from the courtyard. The stairs were very narrow with high steps. Very difficult to manage with luggage. The room was minuscule (barely large enough to contain the bed). Since it was located right in Old Quebec, we expected period architecture.... more

The old city was a visual delight during our 8/14-8/19 stay. We enjoyed the architecture tremendously, especially, doors, windows and roofs.
