Had an extended stay here in November 2009. Pros: unit was very spacious; free parking; good location; full kitchen. We were 15 guys on a weekend trip together and occupied 5 rooms/suites. 2 were on the 2nd floor that were bigger, one with 2 bedrooms, and those were our "main" rooms. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the trendy neighbourhood of St-Roch, just a 15 minute walk from Place d'Youville, Vieux Québec.
