We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas Holidays. The room smelt like sewage, loud neighbours, no elevator, old and loud in room heaters (kept us up at night), poorly designed washroom, no appropriate shower head, uncooked chicken from room service, pool area not well kept. The staff was pleasant.... Do not stay at this Hotel!!!
