Very conveniently located hotel downtown but did not age well!! Despite friendly staff and overall cleaneliness, the rooms, insonorisation and general state of the place are more 1980's than anything..the worse being the shabby training room! Free internet works well and breakfast buffet very good though. To sum up, great potential but definitely needs a surgical lift!!

The staff and location are all that is good about this place. The hotel is certainly not a 3 star or 4 Star as indicated on their web site. All is dated in the rooms, beds are old and worn. I went to the fitness center to unwind after 7 hours of travel and found 3 old pieces of 1980's... More

No complaints about the location or courtesy of the staff - both were excellent, but the hotel looks like it hasn't seen much work since the 80's... carpets, furnishings, tile, fixtures - all were worn out and in need of replacement. There are several newer hotels and one under construction. Gouverneur is going to need to upgrade to keep customers... More

The hotel is located in (in Canada measures) small town. Rooms were clean and with standard equipment. The hotel offers parking free of charge, we had two cars, so it was really good :-) Price was in standard range. The hotel is equiped with other facilities (fitness, spa), but we were unable to use it due to our time schedule.

Spent one night here on the way to Eastern Quebec. The location is great - it was easy to get to, and in the lower historic district. The room was right next to the elevators and my thoughts were of listening to them all night - didn't hear anything, great sound proofing or quiet elevators. Room was sizable and clean.... More

We have been staying at Gouverneur Trois-Rivières for 2 weeks we were working in the area. The location is great, it's a 5 minutes walk to great restaurant on Des Forges streets. There is also interior parking at the hotel which is great. The room are very standard and a bit dated... The fire alarm would start every time we... More

Stayed here for one night. The pool closed early and the workout room is a joke (looks nothing like the professional picture, I have attached my own) Elevators a bit slow, rooms need some remodeling as there is peeling paint and other obvious wear and tear. Lots of spider webs around the property. But overall pretty quiet and does the... More

Arrive first day. Pool closed by 7 pm. Second day pool to open at 1 pm. They open for a few hrs but because it was not sunny (possibility of rain)... they closed the pool for the day. So for our 2 day stay.. no pool. I also learned that the pool is operated by the restraunt which is separate... More

We stayed one night last week. Hotel is very clean, nice, comfortable. We paid $124 for 3 persons 2 queen beds.... do not expect to be treaded like a king for that price ! But the beds were comfortable, fridge in room, cool coffee maker. Old TV but we were not there to watch TV. The restaurant had some amazing... More

The reception guy was not nice at all (didn't say hi, didn't smile - nothing). The room stinks, the bed was not comfotable. Needs renovation. There is no way that this hotel is a 3 or 4 stars. I would not stay again there.
