I booked a room for the end of March with this hotel. A few weeks prior to going plans changed and I had to cancel my room. A month later there was a $300 charge to my credit card. Hotel is new and rooms were clean. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hotel smells of smoke even on the non-smoking floor. The pool & waterslide area was cold, the hot tub was closed for cleanining all weeked even thought the water was clear and warm. As soon as the pool got busy the staff closed the pool area.... more
