As with most new hotels, there was a minor glitch in my room, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. The location is convenient. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, some within walking distance, and the hotel is close to Wascana Park, downtown Regina, and the Trans-Canada Highway. We stayed here for one night after returning from a trip to Minneapolis. We live in Regina, but our house was unavailable for the night, so we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Beware of the other reviews of this hotel on Trip Advisor. TA indicates this property was formerly the Budget Inn - which got and deserved horrible reviews.... more
