I was on the 6th floor which is not yet renovated - the room was decent and clean although the carpet had seen better days. I've never seen that colour of green before - probably chosen for its ability to hide stains, which it's not doing so well. The 1.5 inch gap under the hallway door was a bit disconcerting.... more

I really appreciate all the valuable comments you've taken the time report and they will be shared with the hotel team, especially with our Food & Beverage leaders. Our Chef always welcomes feedback on menu content and the Breakfast team certainly deserves kudos for continuing to strive to serve, especially on those days when one of them calls in sick....

The hotel manager was exceptionally rude to the relative that I was sharing room with. It put a big downer on my first trip to Regina. We moved to another hotel where we were treated with respect. more

Overall, the Regina Inn is fine but the beds are terrible. We were there with extended family so had 5 rooms in total. 2 had beds that the family members said were "okay" but the rest of us hated ours. The rooms look like they been refurbished but there are still things that need to be done. Most of the... more

I appreciate that you have taken the time to record your comments about your recent stay. I was very glad that you have named two of our associates as providing great service in the Lounge, and they will both be nominated for our Champions In Action associate recognition program. I am very curious however about your evaluation of the bed....

We were in town for a wedding. The rest of our group stayed across from us at another hotel but I thought our room was much nicer for the same price. We stayed in a Business Class King room and it was nice looking and comfortable with a balcony. I loved the big pile of pillows on the bed so... more

Several problems. Condition of the lower floors is subpar. Beat up and dinged walls. The hallways were not very clean. Room service dirty dishes stayed there a long time. Mud tracked down the hallways. On one occasion my room was left open with the deadbolt extended against the doorframe. I received my check out bill a day early. When I... more

Thank you for entering your comments about your recent stay at the Regina Inn, although we were disappointed to read that you left with such a less than satisfactory impression. In 2008 we renovated the rooms on the top 5 floors and are planning the renovations to complete the balance of our guest rooms in the near future, which would...

this hotel provided me with the following experience: - arrived: rooms overbooked only smoking rooms offered, no discount only upgrade second night - told me they would move my bag but then forgot. - upgraded my room to the wrong room - sent me to fetch my bag, key didn't work - when I went back, the deactivated key did... more

Thank you for entering your comments about your recent stay at the Regina Inn, although we were disappointed to read that you left with such a less than satisfactory impression. It is indeed unfortunate that you arrived on a night when we were absolutely full and were not able to accommodate you in a non-smoking room. To learn on top...

We stayed at the Regina Inn on March 21st. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:00 p.m. and were advised our room would not be ready for another 1/2 hour or so...which is totally unacceptable. The first thing we noticed when entering our room was that it was very outdated, the carpet was stained and/or filthy, the patio doors... more

Thank you so much for your comments about your recent stay at the Regina Inn. We were disappointed to learn that you left with such a less than satisfactory impression. Cleanliness is top of mind for us, and your specific comments allow our Housekeeping Manager the opportunity to focus his efforts, while continuing to manage through our labour shortage. I...

I have stayed at this hotel about 3 times in the past 3 years. It has always been an excellent experience for me. Once at a personal event and twice with my husband. The guest service agents were very helpful and accommodating. We were here to check in really early in the morning and they had our room ready to... more

I stayed in the hotel for 9 nights for business, the personnel was very very friendly and helpful but the rooms need to be updated urgently, the furniture looked as it was from 80 years ago as well as the sheets, the heater also was very old and actually I set it to work all the time and the room... more
