Yes, the pool WAS nice, maybe 20 years ago.... some of the decor needs updating, but that's not the reason for my negative review. Upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon, I was informed that there is not hot water until 6pm... what? but fair enough, it came on shortly after 6pm. There were no apologies or compensation for this inconvenience.... more

We ended up here in a bit of a bind after being bumped from the Travelodge, and I was so glad we did! The lobby was very classy, and while the hallways were rather dim, the room was bright and spacious. The front desk staff on check-in were not overly enthusiastic, but the next morning I received a very friendly... more

This was the other Regina hotel i stay at in order to get my 10K frequent flyer miles bonus. Not terribly impressed the location but the room was decent (smaller than the one at the Travelodge), better bathroom products and parking was $6 nightly. I would steer people to the Travelodge because there is better restaurant/shopping locations. more

The Ramada seems frozen in the early 1980s... from the poured white concrete grand staircase overpowering the lobby to the wood post spa and gym, what was surely the height of style 25 years ago now looks decidedly dated. Nevertheless, its comfortable, the hotel restaurant is good, and Victoria is a great location. Good for business, usually cheaper than the... more

We have not stayed at this hotel in almost a year and all of a sudden a bogus charge appears on our visa. The same charge was put on our visa last March, they reversed it in April and re-applied it in January. We have been trying to contact the manager for over a week and the calls are not... more

I stayed here for two nights with my husband and infant son, for the last leg of our week long vacation in September 2008. The Hotel it self looked good from the outside. When we checked in we were greeted by a front desk clerk that had absolutely no personality. We checked into our room and it was so gross.... more

Room was clean and comfortable. Better than expected. Weight room and pool were nice except the treadmills seemed to shut themselves off after a few minutes of running. Customer service was good. Overall impressed. more

I was on a business trip for two days. The room was excellent, the bed was very nice and the internet worked without any problems. The room was equipped with a desk with all the necessary stuff. Some channels in the TV did not well. The hotel and the room were warm although we were -22 Celsius Breakfast was buffet... more

I have stayed at the Ramada in Regina @ least 10 times or more in the last 2 years while attending massage therapy classes at the nearby college. We usually get the package deal which consists of the room breakfast for 2 and parking. After a bad experience at the Sandman in Regina (see review) I really appreciate the excellent... more
