Very noisy, stairs outside of room, people up and down at all hours of the night, room although clean, lacked towels and wash cloths. Very sparse coffee room , with coffee and bread and toaster. Noise from people banging around upstairs and next door could hear television at 3:30 in the morning. My concerns were sent to the head office... more
