The front desk service is awful. We were charged twice for our room and had a big runaround trying to sort that out. Terrible parking. Room seemed very cramped. more
I recently stayed at the Riviera - Nov. 17 - 20, 2008. I stay at many hotels/motels throughout the year mainly in Saskatchewan and I have stayed at the Riviera before but this last visit was terrible. One morning I had no warm never mind hot water in the shower and the front desk staff did not seem to care.... more
Very disappointed in the service from the front desk. The front desk staff seemed very incompetent and any questions you had for them could only be answered in the am when the supervisor arrived. The rooms are paper thin and the noise level kept us awake all night. There were people running down the hallways, partying in the hallways, running... more
We needed a place after our house had a lot of rain damage. It poured while we were putting on new shingles. The accomodations were great and the price was very reasonable. The beds are all new and very comfortable and they even had a playpen for our baby. We had a huge hot breakfast at their resturant for only... more
