“Off the beaten track”

I chanced upon this wonderful esatblishment 4 years ago and have been going back ever since. What a charming & capable host. The accomodation is first class & the meals excellent. “A quiet charming place to relax and to make excursions”

My wife and I spent a 3 weeks holiay here and were very pleased of the place. Its quiet, near carcassonne or Mazamet for shopping and good also for making trips to interesting places which are mostly not crowded. Its also a good place for biking, if you have some hundred kilometers of experience.
