Unfortunately, 5 days to this resort cost me $1500 more because the vallet hit my car and didn't notify us. The damage wasn't noticed until later, when we left the hotel. The DiamontResort refused to compensate. You must use vallet parking because the regular parking is always full. I am not coming back to any of Diamond resort locations. more

Stayed here for two nights at the beginning of June. Had purchased through Hotwire at a good price for a studio. I was upgraded to a one room unit which was very nice, spacious and very clean. Very helpful staff. Great location. Only problem is the parking and having to pay mandatory charge for parking. more
