The rooms are VERY small and VERY, VERY hot (at least in July) with no air conditioning and no screens on the windows. Bottom floor is extremely noisy if you have upstairs neighbors. The floorboards creak whenever people walk above. If all you need is a bed to sleep in (a $100+ bed) then this is the place for you.... more
