We were promised a fire pit outside our cabin door and received nothing. There were spiders in our bed no hot water in the bathroom and the place was filthy, we were not offered our money back as we per paid to get the "special rate". We enjoyed our stay and loved the cabin. Made use of the kitchen facilities and fireplace and the barbeque during our stay. Your staff made us feel very welcomed during our visit. Mountains were scenic and the fresh air wonderful. Day trips to Banff and the surrounding countryside were very nice and also enjoyed viewing the wildlife.

I have written in before after our horendous stay at Rundle Ridge chalet. I reported them to a health and safety site, and I never heard from them.
