This place is amazing! Really!! Quiet place with excellent country side. Staff very helpful and with high standard of work culture. Not too far away from Legoland and Vejle. If You want to spend some time out of big city life this is the proper place to chill out.

Was visiting Legoland with my daughter and decided to stay away from Billund, 40km from. It was a good decision. Comwell Kellers is located in the beautiful quiet surroundings and is very easy drive from Billund. We booked Superior plus room which was very spacious, comfortable, clean, had a huge bathroom with both bath as well as the shower. Although our room (400) was just by the elevator, it was super quiet. I think I have not had a better sleep in the hotel before. Air conditioning was working great. We also had a balcony and left the door open overnight. We also looked other rooms in that hotel as it is huge and I must say that the standard hotel rooms are not in the same condition, I would defenately go fir the superior. The breakfast was pretty standard. Be aware that with kids might have trouble to find suitable dishes as there were no pancakes or porridge or hard boiled eggs and cereal selection was limited. You also had to pay extra for cappuchino and other type of coffees. We didnt visit the spa, were too busy exploring outside. Anyhow, would defenately visit Comwell Kellers again!

The breakfastbuffet was fenomenal. The service in the restaurant good. The bed was great and I love that you can get a pillow that you feel comfortable with, other than regular crap hotel room pillows Other than no power outlets by the bed and poor pressure in the showers, which made it a bit hard to wash hair properly, there are no negatives.

Beatidul property in lovely surroundings. Easy parking and easy access to all the facilities within the hotel. Stylish reception / lobby / bar / spa area. Very helpful and profession staff. A trip to the bar to enjoy one of their amazing cocktails is a must! On the downside, the corridors and areas around the rooms are in need of a serious facelift. They are very soulless and institutional. The spa looked a bit worn in places: peeling plaster on the walls, dirty windows and general cleanliness not 100%. It missed the final wow-factor. The breakfast restaurant did not seem equipped to deal with too many guests at once. Tables were left uncleared and the buffet ran out of items which took time being replenished. Overall we had a wonderful stay but do not expect top dollar luxury from this hotel.

We spent two nights in this Comwell hotel, we took a package with free access to the spa and with breakfast and two dinners included and paid around Euro 1,400 for two people. On the outset we were happy to pay the price requested but unfortunately we ended up not so happy with the hotel room and the overall maintenance of it. The first room we were given was unacceptable, very tired looking and with several things not in order (e.g. the fabric on the sofa was stained beyond acceptable, only towels for one person, in general no attention paid to little details on presentation). After we complained we were given a much more acceptable room (the staff at the reception were very reactive, so thank you for that Nadja, also for the bottle of Cava we got free of charge). Our second room had also seen better days but it was a better solution than just dropping our weekend away, which we had looked forward to. During our stay we noticed furniture which hadn't been cleaned properly, e.g. in the breakfast room some tables were left with breadcrumbs and candle wax from the previous night - we were on the first breakfast shift so it couldn't have been from the same morning. The spa, which is one of the selling points at this property, we found it odd that no staff were on duty when the spa opened. All well and good that normally we don't need any guidance to use the facilities, but for a hotel of the standard Comwell aspires to reach, someone should be available to answer questions or give advice. Apart from that, the spa facilities are generally OK but in need of "freshing up". There were several positive points, which to be fair I need to mention: the food we had in the restaurant was excellent, so was the wine. The waiters were generally good, especially the wine waiter / sommelier, he knew his stuff and understood how to sell his products. The waiter in the bar was also great, working mostly on his own he kept his cool when busy, very entertaining and like me a fan of Odense Boldklub, it was a pleasure "doing business" with him. Perhaps the biggest bonus and selling point is the fantastic location of this property, it is simply gorgeous. a beautiful park, easy access to walks in the forests near by. We will take away the positive experiences, and I can recommend this hotel if you want good food and very pleasant surroundings and friendly staff. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place.

I would like to highlight CKP as an exceptional experience as conference hotel. I have for many years been part of of large international sales companies, and thus experienced lot of comparable venues, and this place really stands out. Beautiful Castlelike former sanatorium in Pittoresque seafront forrest setting in midle of hilly Danish jutland area; rel close to airport and eg Legoland. Large clean modern scandinavian style bedrooms; excellent beds. No noise. Super service in reception and venue personel, and five star service and taste food in restaurant. Both lunch, coffee, dinner and restaurant. Excellent super exclusive LARGE spa area, with numerous different pools and saunas. Simply THE best Danish experience to date.

We had a magnificent time at Comwell Kellers Park Hotel. The room was spacious, the bed wide and comfortable (though a bit too soft to my liking), the curtains kept out the sun just perfectly and the bathroom was big and well equipped. A few recommendations for further improvement: offer conditioner in the bathroom (it was in the spa itself) and make sure to clean spiderweb on the lamps next to the bed (high up on the wall). We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed it thoroughly. I especially enjoyed "brunsviger" at the breakfast-table. We also enjoyed spending a bit of time in the bar, where the atmosphere was great and the bartender really did a magnificent job giving every single guest a fun night with great cocktails and other beverages. Kudos to him. The spa experience was very recommendable; there are several hot tubs just outside the spa and lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sun, when it's there. The spa offers different types of saunas, cold and warm basins, salts rubs for your feet, and many areas where you can relax and read a book or meditate. We enjoyed the silent lounge where you can take a nap in the swings. You'll find free water, juice, hot beverages and snacks in the spa.

Pros: clean hotell with good spa facilities, both inndoor and outdoor, nice staff, coffee/tea available at all times, good beds. Cons: the outcheck time is 10 o'clock with makes the morning a bit stressfull, specially when you are on vacation. What was disappointing about this hotell was the three course dinner experience. We ordered an alternative to the maincourse and was served half of a sweet potato, some couliflower with some sauce. My partner was served a pork-dish which was not that impressive either. The hotell offers an à la carte which seemed better. It's disappointing that the package draws down the scoring. Otherwise the staff were friendly and the spa-experience was good.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Check-in efficient, if a bit cold. There was a mixup with room numbers, but that was sorted very quickly. You bring your own luggage etc to the room - I don't mind that at all, but just want to clarify if you are expecting this service. Room was nice and bright and quiet, nothing special in regards to interior decoration, bed was excellent, pillows a bit hard, but there is some info about trying other pillows, but you need to go down to reception to do so and that's not what you want at night when you are ready to sleep. Shampoo, soap and body lotion provided, but nothing else in terms of bath products. The main draw here is the spa - and be aware that access to this is not included in the room rate. The price for a day's access is about EUR 28, which is not a lot, but let me just say that if you are a seasoned traveller, you might be a bit underwhelmed. The pool is too small to have a proper swim in, there are some saunas and other stuff and some hot tubs outside that are always occupied. There's a lot- A LOT - of space meant for relaxation areas, and it might be that I've just never understood this concept, but why lay around in your bath robe? Don't get me wrong - I LOVE a nice spa, but I have to be wowed with the feeling of elegance and never wanting to leave, and I spent about an hour here and had enough. We had booked a stay with a 3 course dinner on the first night. The food was good and cooked to perfection, but nothing fancy or new nordic experimental was going on -- but I get that, it is a large hotel and thus have to cater to a large group of people. The wine list was good, but we opted for glasses instead of bottles and the selection here was, well, again, you have to please a large group of people. The service at dinner was friendly and considerate, asking if we wanted to wait between the dishes. The breakfast was not very good. It felt like budget cruise line - very low quality. Fruit juice tasted superficial, bread was stale (gas station quality), eggs were dry and coffee not very interesting. They do a lot of talking about the bread and having their own bakery, but if they do, I don't understand why all the rolls were so dry and boring. The only good thing was the bacon - made to perfection - and the traditional cake from the area - brunsviger - which tasted okay. The second morning we were strongly considering if we even bothered going down to breakfast. Okay, I am spoiled - I am used to traveling and to staying in nice hotels. But this place is not exactly budget friendly either. I would expect a lot more when paying around EUR 229 for a room with breakfast (no entry to spa included in this price). I will probably look elsewhere next time - but one thing that is great is the location - the surroundings are beautiful and the walk down to the small marina is lovely.
