In general the service levels in this hotel are very poor, wth young and imature staff running the show. We did not stay at this Hotel. We attended a mid day dinner there for between 150 to 200 people. There was 1 person in the bar to serve everyone. needless to say half of us didn't get served. We tried another bar upstairs. 1person on there as well. She had never heard of a lemon and lime with ice!... more

Upon arrival at this hotel was delighted to find that they know what a room for mobility impaired customers need unlike some others who believe it to equate to a larger door to get in and out the bathroom!
