I found my time at the half moon a very enjoyable one.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The pub is an old country style watering hole which I would love at the end of my road!
The facilities were clean and I would definitely stay there again.!

Stayed here while attending a wedding at near by hotel. Room was basic but clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice too!! We also ate in the pub in the evening this was also very tasty and large portions. There is nothing within walking distance to do and not much nearby even if your driving. I paid £70 per night for B&B, which I think is quite expensive for quality of the room. Our friends stayed in the Holbrook House Hotel and booked last minute and got a bargin at £90. I would stay there for the extra £20. ( Very nice!!) more
