Stayed here during peak week in February. Spectacular views, great beaches, wonderful villa and pleasant helpful staff. Dining here is a real disaster. Reservation system makes no sense. Each day at 6:45 a.m., staff starts accepting reservations for next evening. Set you alarm early and hope the phone call gets thru. Called at 7:10 a.m. and was told no reservations... More

My husband and I stayed here in October of 2011 for a week. We surprised some friends of ours so there were four of us total. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and we just don't have enough words to say what an incredible vacation was had by all! We ate at the Docksider Grill, Rainbow Garden & the Coco... More

My husband and I and 45 of our close friends and family travelled to St James Club the week of January 12 - 21st for our wedding! The staff and the service they provided was amazing. Paula Martin, the wedding coordinator, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. With her taking care of things it was impossible to get... More

We visited the week of Jan 14 to 21/12. We enjoyed our stay, the food, accommodations, beaches & pools and the friendliness of the staff. However our last day was a nightmare. Our flight was delayed and postings in reception and at the concierge desk stated as much. Our departure from the hotel was to be at 12:30 but we... More

My wife and I just returned from a stay in the Royal Suites here. Rooms are amazing. Very large king size beds with oversize pillows. Great views overlooking the bay. Food was very good at all the restaurants. We preferred the Rainbow because of the a la carte but the Docksider buffet won't disappoint. Coco's beach has a beautiful breeeze... More

Thank you for your comments, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Just a note on the mini bar we made the decision not to replenish stock in keeping with our "green policy". The volume of plastic and aluminum waste from just one hotel is too much for a small island like Antigua to process, so it... More

We recently returned from our 13th consecutive visit to St James', three in the hotel, ten in a Villa and we were as usual very satisfied with our visit. If anything this time round we noticed the staff were even more friendly than usual. This was evident throughout the resort and in particular the revamped Watersports Team headed up by... More

The St. James's Club is a lovely resort and we had a great time. The staff are amazing - so friendly and attentive! We stayed in an Oceanfront Room - lovely! It was spacious with a huge balcony and beautiful newly renovated bathroom. The food was excellent! To be on the safe side stick to the Rainbow Garden restaurant -... More

I read a recent review that was not very flattering to the St. James club and I am truely puzzled. My husband and I, along with another couple, returned to the St. James Club again this year, we for the second straight year and they for their 3rd visit in January 2012. The people could not have been nicer and,... More

We stayed at Beach Club Superior Room for the sixth time over the last seven years. Virgin All Inclusive. As you can probably guess we think the resort is excellent (why would be go back again and again). We choose superior room merely for the fact that it is only two steps down to the beach. Apart from that no... More

We thought we bought the all-inclusive, but apparently, $2500 is just for the rooms. For $125 / day for "all-inclusive", the food was horrible & bland. Certainly, not worth the money but we were told its not optional by "elite island resorts". For 7 of us, basically another $7000 for the week for horrible food. buyer beware. Room was cheap,... More
