Booked directly with the hotel and asked for a rear facing room which was promised. Arrived and got a side room. Didn't complain. However the rooms are very small as are the balconies. Comfortable enough though. The breakfast buffet was quite poor with very limited choice and lousy coffee. Staff were as helpful as they could be and very pleasant... More
